when fitting a c20xe into a corsa b will the engine fit directly with a powercap? or will the bulkhead require a bit of modifying? also wats the difference between an ecotech pipe and a powercap?

think u have to cut it a bit to fit a powercap eco pipe is just a rubber pipe instead of the metal power cap so it doesnt mess anything up

You need to trim the upper part of the bulk head to get a powercap to fit because it fowls.
An Ecotec pipe + plate is cheaper than a Powercap and it wont loose any power, plus you have the added bonus of not having to trim any metal away from the bulkhead which could look a bit tatty if you aren't careful.
On My conversion I use an Ecotec pipe + plate. Does the job fine and would recomend it to anyone asking

eco pipe looks better too, imo,
give's a more "factory" look too
