To (Hopefully) celebrate the finishing of the refit of our workshop and also the launch of our new website for this years show season GZS-R would like to Invite Corsa Sport members to an open day and barbecue & MVOC NW Meet!

Aiming to start around 12.30pm to allow for travelling time for some people i'm hoping it will be a fun getogether and an opportunity to do some photo's etc.

**Will also have a guy down doing custom number plates & graphics on site**

**Have just confirmed that Activ8 will be sending down a small stand so they can offer on-site demo's of the product!**

If you can throw your name down so i have an idea of numbers for parking/food etc i'd be greatful.

If enough people are interested i have a friend at a club - he does deals for us for client parties etc and could arrange a group deal at the travelodge around the corner if we fancy making a night of it! - Get a group taxi down to the club and back and group discount on rooms too.

We are 5 mins away from Junction 18 of the M6 so should be a good central area in the country to meet.

Didn't "attach" ourselves to anything, we were asked to run a monthly event which we did - and yes the land has been shut down by the council which is a shame as its made the street racing worse.

As far as I know there isnt any street racing anymore? DC were the ones that started the racing, but TBH they aint meeting as often as they used to.. therefore no one is big and brave enough to find a location to race..

People just go into the town centre, or not bother going out at all now!

Yeah we are mate - King Street Trading Estate.

As to DC - sadly as the CC meet has been shut down members have flocked to there and its going to bring the streetracing back to the fore - problem is every enthusiast then gets tarred with the same brush.

Both sites have died a bit of a death - police made it too much effort for the racers and the council just fucked the legal cruise.

Last time I went to Astmoor a red nova got rear ended by some plonker. The plonker then drove off. Shame for the lad in the nova.
