The electric windows on our CDX are really struggling to go up and down - is the likely cause dirt tracks, dirty mechanism or something more serious?

have a check the seal around the window is all fitted in properly that has a habbit of messing windows up a bit

remove the doorcard and spray some silicon furniture polish onto the runners. that usually solves it, also grease up the mechanisms while you are there
