my brand new camera isnt working 
its a 'kodak c623 easyshare'
and when i turn it on the green light fkashes once then a red one 9 times then nothing else happens anyone know what the problem could be?

i thought you were entitled to 12 months warrenty on any new goods, get it sent back. if they kick up a fuss, kick up an even bigger fuss and so on. they'll replace it or take your money back. you don't need to put up with it

kick up a fuss in our place we show you the door, some funny story from today actually about a guy who demanded me to fix his b/tooth kit, then called my manager a fat bastard, did he really think we were goin to help him after that the loser.....

no,not at all, the product was not faulty, his fitting was, but he disagreed and continued to get in peoples faces
