no that page is about their away EURO shirt. Page 77, 4th paragraph is about the yellow away domestic shirt.

Pointless having the red sleeves though because if the home team are wearing red, they wont be able to wear it anyway!

Possible away games wont be able to wear it would be:
Man Utd
Liverpool
Aston Villa
Sunderland
West Ham

Plus with the white it rules out
