im looking at getting a satnav in the next couple of months,

i want a 7 digit postcode one like the tomtom.

how much will i need to spend?

tomtom one gb, £170 ish
garmin 200, £200 < for now
navman f20 £130 < not the fastest

have a wander into a halfords and ask for a demo have a play with them see what you like.

well ive always used tom tom's and i think they are really good, and thats the one i would probably want to get,

i just wondered if there was anyothers out there cheaper.

the garmin is priced like that i guess cos it has just come out,

i have used both, personly i like the tomtom

there are other that are cheaper, but there slower, or use old software.

ive got a tomtom one and cant fault it . its very easy to use with a good size screen

RAC-Woolworths, £129. works perfect, i've got one myself never had trouble with it only thing just wish i had a ciggy lighter battery doesnt last that long it sysas 2hrs but i dont think it is.

thats why you have a cig lighter, to plug it into

As it's got a the plug for it as part as the accessories

I bought the Navman F20 the other day, was well impressed with it, has 8 digit postcode, nearest fuel,car park, camera locations and its easy to use,
