Why the rear mounted rad? Just for the sake of it?

The guy says that it will make it easier to work on the engine and leave more space for the intercooler. Makes sense because you often see Corsa's with intercoolers hanging out of the front bumper as there isn't a lot of space in there. Guess it would leave more space for a bigger turbo and manifold too...
Though I can't help saying all this and thinking abou muppetsport's engine bay...

Do you think it would have been better to keep the Tigra front end and adapt it to fit the Calibra front sub-frame and suspension as the track needs to be wider?

Just going by what the guy has said on Mig. Though he is Croatian and doesn't speak very good English so might have not said anything about that cos that makes sense too...

mine fits fine yo, maybe got about 3-4 inches between the rad and the turbo could have mounted cooler further back if i wanted
thing is id have had the rad angled the other way around to that of the tigra. but hey i could be wrong (awaits robin to correct me the reasons why)

He's cut the bottom of the doors off to make big vents to flow air over the rad. I guess it's angled like that to flor air through the rad and down to the floor and not up into the boot?

What?
I asked a question, it seemed to me like it was just being done for the sake of it, is there really any need for the comments?
I'm not pretending to know everything, that's why I asked
