they played well from what i saw.
couldnt understand why he took giggs off thou with 5 minutes left to play.
he was man of the match.

they took him off because it was his last game, and they done that for him to have a standing orvation with 2 minutes left

not point thou, they needed to win to stand any chance of qualifying.
if i was giggs i would have prefered to score in last minute and give my country chance of qualifying than having a standing orvation
