Got completion date; All been well we should get the keys next Friday (a week today)

Think its been 5 months which cnsidering that the house is empty and we have no chain either is stupid! The survey was clear, when the searches were finally done they all came back clear.

One peice of advice would be to NOT use the mortgage providers recommended solicitors; use your own. I sacked our first "Recommended" set - second set have been brilliant but all our hold ups were due to the first set of solicitors
