Better than the VXR....
Just less power, nothing a remap won't sort.
But i guess it depends if the engine is different (i.e the VXR astra is different from the other 2.0 turbo models).

proberly just software, so a quick update to vxr spec will sort it

i think its good to have a middle range corsa, as the vxr is out of many peoples reach

im very interested in that! ive had a B LS and SRi and out of the 2 the SRi is much better (not just because its faster, its been more reliable and more efficient on fuel).
Like mark graham said, if its just software i can see this version being one of the best selling hot hatches ever.....

will be exhaust, filter, re map, and it probably has a massive inlet like the corsa b does

Hmm, so it will have the 1.6 16v Turbo thats in the Astra? I thought that was 170bhp?
I would have thought they would have put the new VVTi 1.8 16v 140bhp engine in it.

It says detuned version of the vxr engine 'dee'.

Difference between 5-door Astra H SRi 200bhp and 3 door Astra H SRi 170bhp is software.

VXR engine is far improved over the older Z20LET, both are good Turbocharged engines but the VXR version is built for the car rather than an after thought by Vauxhall
