rite earlier on somebody sent me a message saying ''is this you in the pic''

i foolishly clicked the link and my msn went crazy i think it was sending every contact the link obviously the virus.
i deleated msn and then re-installed it and its still there, anybody know how i can get rod of this been searching on the net but nothing is clear it seems
any help would be great thanks

get a virus scanner and adware scanner?
