some robbing prick has sold me tickets for muse and is now no longer a registered user on Ebay. Is there any chance of getting any money back?

I bought the tickets on 30-01-07 and the disclaimer said that the tickets would arrive as late as 7 days before the gig, but now it looks like hes done me out of nearly £200

Any help would be appreciated.

all you need is proof of postage and you'll be fine.

always use a credit card for paypal stuff, as you are protected then.

debit cards are not protected

^^thats for fro

I received money from them and paypal reversed it even though i showed them proof of delivery.... but i got the money out before they reversed so it came out fo their pocket and now they have handed it to debt collectors, so now ive got to fight it with financial ombudsman blah fucking blah.
