IIRC it was the 2.2 Supercharged one, white, about 220bhp.
EDIT: Ooops, thought you were asking about a car. Isnt the Astra SRI a 2.2 Turbo?

no thats a less powered 2.0 turbo
Same engine code but had 190bhp where the GSI has 200bhp.

You can make your own 2.2 turbo if you wanted one. Most are 2.0 turbo because the engine is a standard item which is readily available for conversions

2.2 16v has 145bhp, but an alloy lightweight engine. Its NA.
Then you have various 2.0 16v Turbo engines which produce between 170-237bhp.
Vauxhall never made a 2.2 16v Turbo, although it can be done.
The BTCC Vauxhall uses a modified 2.2 16v which makes it a 2.0 to enter the BTCC series.

Yea, what the hell was going on when they designed that. I was living over in Canada when they first brought that out. The adverts were shite, the car was shite, eveerything was shit. They were using the same Dodge adverts out there that we have to put up with now too. Fucking Binky toys and all that I wish they would stop producing cars over there

cool, well i was thinkin on doing a C20LET conversion but fancy something different to be honest. i might give a 2.2 16 a try and see how much adding a turbo costs. Lol, you guys would probably say just do the C20LET, cheaper. What you reckon Gains from a turbo would do to the 2.2 16v?
Cheers Lads
