Will there be any noticeable difference?

Maybe a small bhp gain?

Maybe small yeah. As the mantzel is no doubt a better design.

Out of interest, any pics of the inside of the mantzel?
Im interested in how well the ports etc are made compared to a "ebay one"

The mantzel is rough cast inside, not sure wether thats to do with the airflow or what. They are also radiused insed to flow the air to the bottom where the inlets in.

Dean-Yeah i thought they would have proper radiuses into the inlet runners, unline the ebay ones with just sawn holes,lol.

Strange how its rough tho, that would benefit from being smooth/mirror polished.

Dunno. But, they say the valve throats on heads should be slightly rough to aid in mixing the fuel and air.

Indeeed, to keep the fuel in suspension with the air, to stop it condensing on the inlet walls.
But fuel doesn't get injected till 1" off the inlet valve, so its not a problem inside the inlet box

the manzel is alot better desighn from what i have seen...they seem to give better high range revs though...
