you can buy them using ur wii.. with a credit card in the wii shop channel

You buy a Wii Points card and you can spend them in the Virtual Console found in the Shopping Channel. You can buy NES, SNES, N64 and Megadrive games.
Then theres the scratch card when you buy a new game or accessorary. Enter the code in to the Nintendo Europe website and you receive stars. You also get 5 stars for every website visit. Theres nothing in the Stars Catalogue worth having though, its mainly ringtones.
Do a search theres a thrad full of Wii codes for sharing Mii's.
