hi i am doing a engine change over for a mate. his car still has egr valve but new engine its blanked off and gone. wen fitting the new engine what has to be removed and will the engine management light come on if its not there?

Unbolt the egr, fit a blanking plate under it, the bolt the egr back on, and plug it in(to stop the ecu light coming on)

its all ready done on the engine i mean all the stuff it goes to. like the plastic pump to the right of the engine and infront of the batery can this be removed now the egr has gone?

That isn't anything to do with the EGR. Thats the SAI. You can bin it.
