Ok heres the story...my 1.2 engine was playin silleh buggers so i thought hmm why not stick a 1.8 in it....now the project is 95% done.. The engine is running and the car drives. but is in limp mode and wont be driven over 4500rpm!

i would be looking for a swap for a c20let corsa b...i would say my cars worth around the same kind of money!

This would include a black corsa c with a full sxi spec...elec windows etc...obv with a z18xe with 34k on the clock...and a full half leather interior! also dtm mirros. irmy exhaust and full stainless system with a straight through and z-ex backbox!

Currently it looks a mess as splitter is off and its on steels...but i can supply the car with the splitter and some 18's but would depend on what car you have to offer..here she is atm..

hmm be looking for around £2850 would rather swap for a let'd corsa b mind...i may very well have the tb fitted next week and the car sorted in which case i will keep it...

however if i cant do this. i have no more time/energy to play around with it! lo

I Will Sell The Corsa For £2450 As It Stands At The Moment, However Will Be As Standard As I Can Make It! So No Half Leather/irmy Touches Etc...thats A Bargain!

to the top peeps. most likely be for sale at the end of the week. has some niggly faults but anyone with a bit of time/knowledge/cash can probs sort this out easy! lol

id be wanting as it stands...in as standard a state as poss for around the £2400 mark but would b open to offers!

if its not running in that state, only worth £1500, but thats my personal opinion

get it up and running, will be worth your time

what did you change when fitted the z18xe?

did you get a corsa c 1.8 loom? what problems/codes are you getting?

and do you have the 1.2 engine loom and ecu still?

u reckon? ive been offered a tad more than that...

had full engine harness/fusebox and loom from the 1.8!

codes are crank sensor and MAF, did have a tb onebut just had that replaced!

nope dont have the engine. sold that to fund labour costs

got someone checkin the wiring 2moro if that doesnt get fixed..then its being split.. however had a lot of people interested..so would be first person to come up with the cash!

fit a crank sensor to it and it should short it! its limiting at 4500rpm coz that ecu getting the wrong signal from the crank. The afm codes probably there coz it stalled or something

Sometimes they do other times they sort themselves out? try clearing the codes and see wot happens

ecu pin bent..straightened...no joy....

should the codes need clearing?

if not cars up for sale at £2000 as a standard sxi with the engine..could be an easy fix for someone and u have a minter
