What programs are anygood for video editing. I basically want to get all the motorbike racing stuff i have on my Sony DCR-IP7 and make a video with a soundtrack and whatnot.
What software is anygood for this thing (dont say windows movie maker cos i tried that and it didnt work )

Premiere Pro/Elements is good 
I take it your camera is MiniDV (has a small tape in it)

Nope, its micromv, even smaller tape 
Its been discontinued now too 
Where can i get premiere from ad how much?

Your local PC World will have Premiere Pro for about £50
But it'll be alot cheaper online...eBay, eBuyer etc

But premiere is a good call. Also Pinnacle is one that we use often.
