A bad worn or dying Driveshaft?
Anybody had any problems with driveshafts going in the past?

how about alot of play in the shaft and a deep click setting off from lights?

the cv and driveshaft are a complete unit on the saxo's and 106's so if its cv the whole unit has to be replaced

how I fix this? Its not doing anything to the car or handling or anything... just clunks sometimes on holes int he road...
is it expensive? what happens if it goes wrong?

If its a ban rear beam ur gona need a recon one from sombody or a second hand one, i did the later and rebuilt it, cost £80 for 1.1 rear beam and built it up. if you need help u2u me oh and the axle pins on lower spec cars are too short need the original ones from the GTI..
