I recorded this from the guitar but sounds worse than I was expecting!
But can anyone have a crack at making this sound better, minimize the snap crackle and pops!

Needs re-recording really. You'll lose too much filtering out that white noise. Nice playing though

I've managed to remove the clicks/pops but like ian said, the fan noise (white noise) from your pc is terrible and it's impossible to get a decent recording after trying to filter it out.
Like said, best thing you can do is re-record it - place a duvet over your computer during takes and make sure nothings on in the background. I would also have a little play with the mic position, as from the recording i would place it a little closer to the guitar, perhapps nearer to the sound hole (if you want to lessen the fingering on the neck). Also you want the signal to be hot but allow a little headroom (a few dB) whilst recording as i noticed the signal was clipped a fair amount.
