I know you need a inlet hose of a 1.7 td cav but i've been told theres loads of different ones and dunno which ones right. plus what size vacuum hose do i know and where can i get a Servo vacuum hose from?

It does. You'll also need the blanking plate for the EGR feed.

Forgot to mention that.

i've been told i can get them from vauxhall so i'll try in abit just the part number for cav intake pipe. You could, but don't forget if your engine is an X16/14 you have an Air Intake Temp sensor. This needs to go in the intake hose.

Some of the cav ones do have a hole. Maybe worth U2Uing superlite and asking him if they are available. I'm sure he works for Vaux.

i used a ruber hose off a volvo 440LI worked a treat made hole myself

ok got a new servo hose, some 10mm and 3mm vacuum hoses, t piece, both new gaskets and a egr blanking plate (hopefully)
