i have a 1993 corsa sri 1.4 8v, i have lowered it 60mm all around shocks and springs, i have fitted a remus backbox and i have this problem that it knocks on the back cross member, i have fiddled with the back rubbers and have stopped this, i now have the problem that it is banging on the bumper. i hate the noise, its embarrasing, any ideas? thanks, josh

Adjust the rubbers back so it catches the rear beam an put something on the rear beam to stop the noise. I've seen people use sections of old push bike tyre cable tied to the beam to do this for example

cover the pipe that was hitting your rear beam with a silicone hoose from roose or chris ashley, tie it up with cable ties
or stop taking 4 girl's in your car evertime you drive
