Got new waterpump and timing belt fitted and the car is still leaking water what else could it be i was thinking it could be a coolant pipe but cant see where its coming from any ideas

1.4 8v.....i just had a look and its seeping out around the pump

Its brand new it came with a rubber ring around it that got fitted with it.

cleaned the face of the block up?is it tightened enough?
If yes on both then use some gasket sealer.

Yep to both will take it down tomorow to do some sealer will that stop it

not sure as its leaking for a reason and you really need to find out the exact cause of the problem and make it right.it will probably stop it but not forever if you know what i mean!
