Hi,

Just bought an Ashley 4-2-1 manifold for my Corsa 2.0 and was wondering how easy / hard it is to swap? I didnt do the conversion so not sure how easy it is to get the manifold in there, will I have to drop the radiator or anything? Or will it unbolt and drop out easy?

a bit fidly but not to bad, radiator will need to come out

depends on how the system has been modified? manifold could have been modified to match upto the oe system, in which case things aint going to be easy.

You might be lucky though and find the system has been modified to mate upto an xe manifold.
