Got a weird problem.

When i put mty right indicator on and push my brake down it stops the indicator flashing... and the dash light just illuminates and does not flash..... when i take my foot off the brake it will continue flashing.

Any idea what this could be?

sounds like a dodgy earth somewhere mate, could be worth checking all of the earthing points.
