1995 'N' plate Escort 1.6 LX saloon. Electric front windows, central locking, power steering, original Ford stereo etc. Drives A1, it's the Zetec engine and quiet as a church mouse. Came to work in it today and it drives superb. Still pulls like a train and no unwarranted noises from engine/clutch/box etc and no smoke either. Have V5 and MOT here for it plus the all important red key. 16 (yes, sixteen!) stamps in the service history book,most of which are Ford main dealer ones! Original handbook and audio guide, plus working alarm system. Brucie bonus: nearly half a tank of fuel is included! Obviously has some battle scars in common with age but aside from a bit of a dent on the n/s/r wheelarch it's fairly presentable.Taxed until end of month and week or so's MOT...BUT...I have the failure sheet for it and it only wants two tyres, a ball joint and drive shaft bush. *I have fitted a brand new Dunlop today* and have an excellent part worn for the other one which I'll fit, so for a few quid you've got yourself a full MOT and a nice little driver on the cheap. Pics to follow, most likely Wednesday or Thursday.
Car is very near Chester and approximately one mile from the M53 and A55, three miles from the M56, 22 miles from the M6 north near Warrington and about 30 miles from the M6 south near Stoke.
