If you pull off on amber and a redlight camera goes off can i get three points for it?

Has this happened to anyone else?

Over here, the red light has to be on 3 seconds before the camera goes off. But that probably won't help you much over there mate!

RED = dont move
RED and AMBER = prepare to move but dont
GREEN = VROOOOOOM TISH

For him too then as we both launched at the same time. (had him up til 50/60 aswell ) Never mind live and learn

I got three points for going through amber.. Amber just before red though, not amber before green.

By a car also, not a camera.

amber means get ready iirc

flashing amber means you are allowed to proceed, god know if it's correct though, didn't pay much attention to the old dude teaching me that lesson

I've been flashed once by a red light camera, I went through on amber as I was going too fast to slow down (it was in a 50 zone). I got halfway accross and the 2nd traffic light thats further from the ones you stop at went red and then *flash*


Nothing came of it though Never got anything in the post.

Red and Amber means prepare to go, the red light is still effectively telling you to stay still. Flashing amber means proceed if it's safe to do so.

Not sure we was both even on pull off then i got infront of him until 40/50 which is when he started coming back at me

I await the jolly postman

Oh well live and learn (dont do traffic light drags where there are red light cameras )
