drinking plenty of water helps too cos your body uses energy heating the water up to body temperature. Ive heard chilli can help, and tobasco sauce according to an article in men's health.

been reading about CLA, but there seems to be some confussion regarding whether it's safe or not, like causing resistance to insulin (therefore increasing the risk of diabetes) and increasing the risk to heart disease etc.

Anyone got any good places to read about CLA and how to take it with a diet and exercise?

So eat chilli every day?

Also, 6 meals a day. I take it you still don't eat before you go to bed?

not a mega fan of chillies on there own, but i'll try and up the hot food intake.
No, dont really eat before bed (if i do, it'll be fruit usually), i do eat late though around 8pm/9pm which isn't the brightest thing to do.

interested in this CLA though, been reading quite a bit about it, but it seems a bit mixed on whether it has heal issues with taking it.
