read the haynes manual, do a google search if you cant find what you are looking for on here using search.
You'll see a screw bar adjustment thing on the end of the clutch cable

just pull clutch cable forward so the rubber bung isnt pulling the arm at all, then wind on the rubber bung.
Your cable's probably just stretched a lot.

Or the adjuster has jumped a lot of thread on the cable end.
