Re furbuing my alloys, going to re spray them in current standard silver there sxi rims there quite badly scuffed and chipped going to sand down and fill the scratches ect, is it best to go back to alloy and re do completely as some of them the paint is bubblying if so what grade of sand paper should i use? or should i just take couple layers of paint off and re-spray over?

for big marks a strong grade paper, and just to take the paint back a bit on the rest of the wheel a very fine paper or scotch pad if you can get one thats what i used. dont know exact grades tho.

to do it properly start with
120's then,
240's
320's
400's
and then wet 1500
