anyone know where i get hold off 4-2-1 manifold for a 1.6 sport? had a quick look on the net but couldnt find any. also on the verge of buying a induction kit which one is best K&N appolo or BMC?

For the induction kit you want anything thats enclosed with a cold air feed.

Demon tweeks do the Janspeed item. That's a good design. About £170 iirc.
