willl i notice any differance with the above fitted. the manifold is a janspeed 4-2-1 and a power boost valve????? thanks

manifold will make a slight difference but power boost valve i dont think it will

No noticeable gains what so ever on the 1.4 and 1.6 engine.
PS, power boost valve's are crap, as they adjust themselves and then over fuel.

i got a power boost valve on mine that the previous owner put on an i think its a load of crap really am thinking of swaping it for the one with the guage on

ok i am deffo not getting the boost valve now but iv just looked and the manifold is coming of a 1.4 8v engine will it fit my 16v . the felle said it should. ???

Port shape, and stud location is completely different,

anyone ever considered welding a flange on and use a c20xe manafold or are the port spacings way out? everyone seems well keen to be parting ways with big money all the time
