f16cr, or an f20 with f20 4x4 final drive

would a bog standard 16 be better than a bog standard 20?
ive had some offers from a mate who has a few spare boxes, lets say he's experimented lol

if the f16 is just an f16 and not f16cr, then its not going to be that good for acceleration.

so from that table. it shows the 20 is better than the 16w?
edit- im refferring to the 20 that would have come with engines in mk2 astra gte's....
