The oil is made by comma, so its a decent oil, but depends how often u do changes. I prefer to use vauxhall oil tho - then its defo the good stuff!

depends which halfords stuff you get. the 10/40 semi synthetic is from the same factory as GTX Magnatec. I have found the halfords stuff is fine in most things.

But generally now, i would run a vauxhall engine on GM Oil really.

used this when servcing this girls 206 yesterday, cant really comment on the oil itself but the price (£14 of 5 litres) is good.

Think il stick to branded stuff for my 172 though

Comma oil is just the same as any cheap recycled oil. most cheap semi synth oil is the same stuff just rebranded.

When I spoke to an oil specialist about engine 'running in oil' they told me to use vauxhall or Halfords basic 10w 40 semi synth or any other cheap oil with low lubrication properties
