anyone got wings/bonnet/tailgates in carbon or fibreglass
whats the fit like compared to original panels?
seem to find that most people say they dont fit or line up on the car too well

Fitment of fibreglass panels is commonly piss poor, people looking for weight savings in motorsport etc care little for panel gaps - function over form and all that.

cheers, i did think that.
my main concern is with a tailgate would it still press against the seal around the boot? also whats the deal with securing them with pins? any advice on where to put them?

Not sure if it would seal or not TBH? I suspect it wouldn't be 100% but that is purely a guess as I have never seen a fibreglass Corsa boot in person.
Is this a road car? If so, pins will make it very easy for the undesirables to access it. You want the retention points in the far corners though but leave a nice bit of edge distance around the holes.
