what do i need to convert a 1.4 sri to redtop
i have
radiator
fuel pump
engine f16 box
the mounts for sale on ebay am not sure will it be type a or b?
what shifts fit directly, some need additional hubs don't they?
also when the engine is in place how hard are they to wire?

emmmm.. engine lol. i'd go for an F20 box too imo.
engine, box, loom, shafts, hubs, mounts, thats about all i can think of jus now, its late lol

I think you just unplug the current loom and replace it with the loom from the same car or model of engine you have
Personally wile the retop engine is out I would replace the head gasket and cam belt @ least.

engines had a full rebuild lol am not doing it just wundered how hard it was

if its 8v then type A, if its 16v type B

type a/1 is 8v with no pas
type b/2 is pas or 16v/12v
