i cant understand why anyone would leave a game early, maybe if the team was winning 3-0 or losing 3-0, but then, only a couple of minutes before the game

I left a York game early once, only because everyone else had already gone

I thought it was funny when they said that guy left early (h/t) when his team were 3-0 down and they came back to win 4-3.

The next time he went they were 3-0 dwn again so his mates said if you leav maybe we will win 4-3 again, so he left and they drew 3-3

I left Southend v Millwall early the other week, but I had to otherwise I think myself and my 14yr old nephew would have been dead

Last match i left early was united v liverpool, 2002 i think?

About 5 mins after danny murphy scored, must of been about a minute left of the game, and got to the car quickly, and didnt get back home at the usual 1am, it was 12

we have a major problem with this at ibrox due to the subway and roadworks people think they can miss the rush but end up caught in it anyway

i've done it once about 15 mins from the end of a midweek game at the reebok. Had no choice really as i only had 2.5 hours til my flight to cyprus left. I would never leave before the final whistle just because my team were losing.

yep, i find it quite embarassing when looking round the ground with 5mins left and there are so many empty seats. it doesn't matter how good or bad the game is either.
