iv have the budget streetline suspension kit off ebay -50mm on my car at the moment and its getting really annoying,i can feel every single bump in the road.
i love the comfort of the standard suspension but still want my car to look low so what do people recommend me so i have a comfortable ride once again?
i dont wanna spend much incase there is no difference.
whats peoples thoughts on spax -40mm or -50mm springs on standard shocks?is it comfortable?

i'm on 35mm eibach springs and bilstein shocks (£140 for a set from lmf). apparantly the shocks are pretty much the same as oe,maybe slightly stiffer but the ride quality is superb and i'm well impressed with the handling.sticks like glue,it still rolls a tad but apparantly thats a good thing.lol.

lol street line kit is supposed to be a solid ride there was a thread about it a little while ago, i found my old gmax 60 mm kit to be very low but compfy never was there a harsh bang or bump as you hit a pot hole or any think was impresed qwith that and as sriboy said his set up is very compfy and does stick like glue was well impressed

to be honest, u can go and buy spax or anything else but having ur car lowered 50mm is alot different from factory standard and you will feel every bump. just the way it is mate. u either have to learn to put up with it and have it looking as u want or take it off for comfort/practicality reasons.
the ride in my car is horendous but it looks how i want it to so i just put up with it.

Unfortunately you'll always have a harsh ride with a car that much lower than standard, as you have no bump travel in the suspension anymore, the harshness you feel is the suspension reaching the end of it's stroke and hitting the bump stop all the time. The only way to stop that is to raise the suspension a bit more so you regain a bit of bump travel, or cut out and raise the front suspension turrets so the wheel can go up further in the arch, but then you will probably have wheelarch contact problems lol, so it's easier just to raise the car a little
