Laminate is easy to clean hence i'm getting it. Tiles would be cold.

i have it and hate it, yes its easy to clean but its also shit, real wood flooring is much better quality

Looks lovely mate, 119k seems like a cracking price.

Put in an offer on a place today, 3 bedroom in greenock with offers over 135k, nowhere near as nice as that lol

119k is just about a 1 bed flat here, in a decent area. Not sure what you'd get in the dodgy areas in town though.

Looks good mate, loving that pool table, would be perfect for our dining room, cant persade the wife to get rid of our oak dining table though .
As said looks like hardly any work to do there...result...
£119k wouldnt even get you a studio flat where i live!
