Especially TV's

When i bought my HD 32" TV I felt like i was at the fore front of technology, with flashy features such as HD, LCD, 720p and the like.

6 months later and I just feel like a cunt

new technology is out and the fortune i spent previously might aswell be worthless.

its not so bad with pc's and the like as you can upgrade little bits, but tvs cost a fortune

then onto the hoover we bought, again 6monthsish ago. We spent 150 quid on this thing because it has features such as dust filtration, 1300watts, all essential stuff so my missus tells me.

Now shes moaning because she wants bagless and more suction, listen love if you want suction get on my cock

That would really bother me if she wasnt moaning in my ear hole

It is a bit of a bastard... but the new technology brings with it so many new advances, I think it's worth it. And you don't HAVE to buy a new 1 every 6 months, I can see where you're coming from though

If you worried about that you'd never buy anything.

I could have a 46" TV for the price I paid for my 40, my PC CPU is now half the price, and I could have paid much less for my PS3.

Don't regret any of the purchases though

it just kind of puts me off being an early adopter of new technology tbh.

Its worse with consoles you buy the new one to show support for the company then 6 month later they bring a revised model out :/ all the time.

And if you change now Steve, you'll be left with old technology when OLED gets bigger.

If your missus wants a hoover, buy her it. That's a better deal than doing it yourself tbh.

I wanted more suction from mine I just ragged the carpet height spacer wheels of the bottom, means it sits closer to the floor and beats it more and sucks better as there's less gap. Bonus.

The hover does a job, i wouldn't class that as part of geeky technology
