Currently with Godaddy.com, pretty good but their biggest and fasted dedicated server has grown slow with all the users active. So need somewhere thats cheapish but offers good dedicated servers which I can customize to a certain extent of hardware etc, not have to have the domains parked on their name servers, and dont force you to use the Cpanel which is one of the worlds slowest control panels.

RapidSwitch (who we use). Awesome bandwidth (UK), and great support/monitoring.
You can order pretty much whatever spec dedicated server you want, although we just bought our own and co-locate it there...
