Copy and pasted from another forum. I dont do it but heard it works fairly well.

Step by Step Instructions:

1. Download and install sopcast from Here
2. Find a link from Here or Here
3. Click the right link (remember to use the sopcast ones, and just click it, it may load in browser first and then you may be asked to click launch application, do this, and let Sopcast load, leave this open and running throughout the match
(If you have a black screen, and it continues to buffer; Leave sopcast running and follow these instructions
4. Download and install VLC
5. Open VLC, and go to file, open, and add this into the white box, http://localhost:8902/tv.asf
6. Let it buffer.
7. May take 5-10 minutes.

Can find the links to the specific games on Sopcast I think.

Always works for me after you've downloaded the sopcast and followed channel instructions etc. If you've got a mac though it's just your donald duck if they have a stream for you.
