If i sign a contract tomorrow but then get offered another job and they ask me to also sign a contract do i get into trouble?
Went for an interview this morning, think they are going to offer it but another company have come back offering me a job. I don't know when and if the other company will get back to me.

depends what in the contract tbh, does it say length of time before you can leave ect?
if it doesnt say anything about leaving, you can take that for granted you can leave when you want.

is there not a probation period with the company?
you can use that as a get out clause i think?

you shouldnt have to sign it there and then. Say you want to have someone look over it before you do, as that will give you a few weeks to make up your mind.
After a few weeks though, even if you dont sign it, its a taken that you have accepted the contract as have seen it and raised no issues.

iirc you have a probationary period with any job where you dont need to give notice....thats what I told my old boss anyway when I did a flyer
