anyone else got this 24 hour cold thing? Main effects last 24 hours then fades away.

Because of my temperature last night i had a nightmare about buildings.... what the fook. How can you possibly be scared by skyscrapers. But i woke up sweating my nacks off like oh no concrete!

I love what illnesses like this can do to you, weird as.

I went to bed at about 2am feeling perfectly fine. Woke up at 4am feeling like shit

Not sure if its flu, or some other bug but dont feel well at all

Was up ALL night coughing my guts up, so much so I was sick a few times

Not been well for couple weeks now, reckon I have a chest infection. No medicine seems to work, I reckon it's to do with all the 'new' people we have in the UK.

Try this:

Honey, Crushed Black Pepper Seeds - Mix it into a spoon, and swallow it, don't taste it - having some warm water afterwards, done the trick for me - although, yesterday, i took a small bottle of southern comfort and a lemsip to go with it earlier in the day

when ever i feel a sniff coming along I take a few tablets straight away and all gone. Cant see how ppl can be off for a week with a sniff

yeh im still going to work but doing 8 - 10 hour shifts with cold sweats and hot flushes aint amazing i can tell thee.

Not to mention not being able to speak/eat because of a mega swollen throat
