As title.
Do you think you get enough sleep? What do you think is 'enough'?
I usually get around 7/8 hours a night, but sometimes longer depending if i have been out the night before, how hung over im feeling or what i have planned for the day ahead.
Personally i think that 8 hours is enough to keep you going through the day, dont see much point in sleeping for lengthy periods.

Average 7 through the week, and that isn't enough.
4-5 at a weekend and it really tires me out.

Doing early shift at the moment, so its all depending on how good I'm being to myself.
Last night I went to bed at 9.30 and got up at 4.30, some nights I'm in bed by 8.30/9 (rare) and some I'm in bed 9.30/10.30 (more likely)
End up fucking myself up by the end of the week, but I prefer it that way

couldn't sleep at all last night. last time i looked at my alarm clock it was 3.30am and i was up at 6.30am. usually get about 6 hours which is easily enough for me.
Anyone else find they sleep better when they have allot on their mind? i usually think about what stuff i've got to do/sort the next day and it sends me to sleep. today i've had nothing to do which is why i think i couldn't sleep last night.
