Whilst playing hockey on Saturday I got hit full power in the ribs with a hockey ball! I was running towards the defender and was only about 2 feet away when I got hit. Didn't even see it coming!!
Went to the hospital and was told I have dislodged a liagment inbetween my ribs and damaged all the cartilage. Can't play sport for the 6 weeks and can't even have a drink coz of all the tablets I'm having to take.
Had about 4 hours kip since Satuday and I am in need of entertaining as stuck at home not being able to move!!!

ive knackerd a ligament in ym arm (where the tricep is is it? sort of back of bicep)
cant lean on my arm without mega bad pain doc said there's nowt they can really do will take a month to get better
Did it without knowing when correcting a bit of oversteer one night oh well.

I used to play hockey for my school and county they are hard balls

Trust me when I say it hurts to breath and move can't even sleep with the pain so how ever can I have sex without being in even more agony???
