I got talking to a bird with big knockers on the first day i went, so much so i went back looking forward to day 2 only to find she didn't turn up the rest of the week. I think it was my aftershave tbh

Depends, i hate sitting about scratching my sack even with a book or a newspaper. Suppose other folk like being nosey or hearing about nasty shit that's happened to other people.

I am sunday monday nightshift that week so will be off those 2 days, but then i'm off on my 4 days off so hopefully it doesn't drag through them

my dad just got summoned, problem is he knows very little english so i doubt he can help lol, they do give you like £40 a day then £60 a day after 10 days

No they don't!!!

There is no payment from them except for expenses....I read all my stuff today and it's there in black and white...

They will cover your loss of wages but you do not get paid for doing Jury Duty...

I'm interested if you still get paid or not? Is it your employer that's obliged to pay or is pay arranged through the courts? I'm a contractor so if I ever got called up it's certain my employer won't pay
