I nearly bought a black one, it was a cat c though

Mine's looked like a rally car since PVS

Should be picking a bonnet up on Saturday, then hopefully take it off the road for a few days and get the paint looking black again. You can see swirl marks when it's cloudy

Really want a 1.6 myself, but I reckon it's gonna be late next year now. I was hoping for early next year but can't see that happening now

It was only last Saturday, but he hadn't got his car back, so we agreed on Monday, I started going to pick it up, then he phoned me, said he'd just got to the bodyshop to pick it up and there was no-one there, so I can pick it up Saturday, and I can have it for nothing why he's messed me about. Winner.

Only other time I've been to pick a bonnet up, I got there and the lad and the bonnet were both elsewhere.

I just wanna buy a Sport. I've not got a good history with engine changes

Helped out with a B-reg Micra 1.0 and blew the diff

and me (an apprentice mechanic at the time), my Dad (useless when it comes to cars), and a neighbour (general handyman, know's a bit mechanically) doing a BMW 316i, straight forward swap. Once done it never ran right and ended up getting part-ex'd against a Merc
