put 20l 16v xe in corsa sri and dont have 2nd and 4th any ideas

Re-set the linkage.

Check bushes aren't worn.

Check linkage isn't bent.

Gearbox is fucked.

its all fine and worked ok with the 1.4 gearbox. do you use the standard corsa linkage and modify it in any way

Best bet is to buy the short shift one from LMF.

you have to modify it mate.
I can supply the modifyed section (which has been welded) for £20 inc postage
