I have noticed in the last week around Maidenhead, Windsor, Reading areas.. That everyone is driving round with their full beams on?!

Does this annoy anyone else? Especialy when they are behind you and your mirrors are all blinding you. It winds me up a treat but i just cant beleive how many people ive seen driving around well lit areas with full beams on.

before any smart arses pipe up its not just 4x4's nor is it my car being lowered. For e.g Merc E class uses separate lamps with full beam on etc i can tell the difference between dipped and full.

do people know what that blue symbol on their dash means?! Do they know i dazzles on coming traffic?

anyone else notice?!

@ Jambo - i know what you mean, it seems to be occurring more and more. I sometimes do it but in the escort the full beam comes on on its own randomly switch going wrong somewhere there.

When its people behind me I just flick my rear fogs on, if they dont turn them off just keep flicking your fogs on and off, pisses them off a treat back

There are a hell of a lot of people who have poorly adjusted headlights too. Then there are the ***** in birmingham who drive around in thier shitted out Nissan's with fuckerd wiring who seem to only have one full beam light and one side light. How these cars pass and MOT is beyond me.

Danny thats exactly what i do. Ud think theyd flash me?!

willay 1 or 2 people do it by mistake... Im talking seeing 10+ on a 15min journey. Its dangerous, and if they havent seen the blue light on their dash, they havent obviously looked at their speedo which is even more scary imo

Ed thats also anoying. 1 sidelight and 1 full beam? Get a fucking headlight bulb! Ive seen taxis whove used this tactic for more than 3days in a row as ive passed them on the way home. Go to halfords and buy a £3 bulb its not hard

I find it's the xenon's that get me... the really high intensity bright ones on new cars... they're probably not on full beam, but still blinding... plus my car is lower... so maybe my eyes are in line.

but yeh when I'm driving along, I quite often have to slow down almost to a stop because I can't see anything from some twat blinding me coming the other way.

Try driving a car thats like 6 inches off the ground! I often slow down and let people go past because its so anoying, cant really do anything when there coming the other way.

There are some real bad drivers on the roads nowadays, can you buy drivers licenses off the net nowadays. I was stuck behind a Corsa in practically daylight and she had her rear fogs on? Now i'm pretty certain my Corsa used to have a big fuck off orange light on the dash when they were on.

Fucking idiots.

yeah, has a light, but the way i sit means that the steering wheel obscures it most of the time

i hate these badgers though, although in my first few weeks of driving i kept forgetting to lower them when cars were going the other way
